Born and raised among the lakes of Minnesota, it was easy to find and connect with nature. My wish is to help scientists communicate with and reach a variety of audiences. By combining two of my greatest interests, the arts and science, I believe I am doing that in my own way.
My name is Joel Popp and my goal is to use my art as communication to foster understanding and wonder in nature and the sciences.
